What to Know

Limited Beef Quarters and Halves available for pickup before Christmas

More Beef will be available for purchase in late December, January, February, and March

After ordering, our butcher will contact you about two weeks after purchase and walk you through the process to customize your cuts and portions just the way you like them

Pickup will be approximately four weeks after your purchase.
We will contact you directly to reserve your pickup day and time at the Nelson Produce Farm Market. -
Processing fee is included in the listed price
Ordering information
Each cow is divided into 4 quarters.
To order a half or whole cow, quarters must come from the same cow.
If you’d like to purchase more than one quarter, please adjust your order quantity accordingly:

Quantity 1 = 1 Quarter Cow

Quantity 2 = Half a Cow (2 quarters)

Quantity 4 = 1 Whole Cow
