Our beef is USDA Inspected, Grass-fed and Corn-finished, and completely hormone and antibiotic free.
We believe in quality you can taste.
What to Know

Beef will be available for purchase in January, February, and March
-
After ordering, our butcher will contact you about two weeks after purchase and walk you through the process to customize your cuts and portions just the way you like them.

Pickup will be approximately four weeks after purchase.

Blair Meat Market will contact you directly to schedule pickup at Blair Meat Market.

Pre-Cut Quarters are ready for pickup 24 hours after purchase. Blair Meat Market will call to arrange a pickup time.
Ordering information
Each cow is divided into 4 quarters.
To order a half or whole cow, quarters must come from the same cow.
If you’d like to purchase more than one quarter, please adjust your order quantity accordingly:

Quantity 1 = 1 Quarter Cow

Quantity 2 = Half a Cow (2 quarters)

Quantity 4 = 1 Whole Cow
