Our beef is USDA Inspected, Grass-fed and Corn-finished, and completely hormone and antibiotic free.
We believe in quality you can taste.
Pre-cut beef

Pre-cut Beef is available in quarters, halves, and wholes.

It is already processed and packaged and will be ready for pickup within 48 hours from the Farm Market.

Custom cut beef

Our butcher will contact you about two weeks after purchase and walk you through the process to customize your cuts and portions just the way you like them.

Pickup will be approximately four weeks after purchase.

Blair Meat Market will contact you directly to schedule pickup at Blair Meat Market.

If the product name does NOT say “Pre-Cut,” your beef will be processed to your preferences.
Ordering information
Each cow is divided into 4 quarters.
To order a half or whole cow, quarters must come from the same cow.
If you’d like to purchase more than one quarter, please adjust your order quantity accordingly:

Quantity 1 = 1 Quarter Cow

Quantity 2 = Half a Cow (2 quarters)

Quantity 4 = 1 Whole Cow
