PARTIES

Birthdays are the best kind of celebration, and we want to help you celebrate in a fun and unique way.  Nelson Produce Farm offers birthday packages during the operational season, requests outside of operational time need to be completed via email.

Why have your party at Nelson Produce Farm? See the animals, climb on the tire pile, run on the hay bales, play in the corn pit, ride our barrel train, and catch a hayrack ride. You and your guests can also enjoy picking fresh produce on our farm (package price does not include produce), check out The Front Porch Cafe and see our market full of kid friendly items.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If the weather becomes unfavorable, and the farm closes, we will offer a full refund of the 25% deposit, or offer an option to reschedule the birthday party

  • If you need to reschedule your party, we ask for a 2-week’ notice, if two weeks is not given, refunds are not guaranteed

Each Party Package Includes:

  • 4 hours of room or space rental

  • A reserved party area that can be decorated/set up for personal use

  • Wristband for all guests at time of check-in to ensure full farm access

  • No cleanup! Our farm staff are happy to clean up for you after the party

Additional Information: 

  • Guests are welcome to bring their own birthday treats.  Other food is available for purchase at The Front Porch Cafe. **Plates and cutlery are not provided

  • For the protection of the farm animals, balloons must stay in the designated party area

  • Outside feed for the animals is strictly prohibited

  • Day of party, please check-in at the admissions area

  • Hosts may arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled birthday time to set up.

  • 25% deposit due at booking. The balance of the party will be invoiced via email after the gathering or can be paid at end of event

  • Season Pass holders receive a party discount at check-in, confirm membership on file when making reservations.

OUTDOOR PARTIES
Birthday Tent - $300

  • 4 hours reserved space in one of our Party Tents

  • Includes up to 20 people in total, including the birthday child and family 

  • Additional guests are $9.00

  • Hosts may arrive 20 minutes prior to their scheduled birthday time to set up

  • 25% deposit due at booking - balance to be invoiced after the party via email

INDOOR PARTIES
Birthday LOFT - $450

  • 4 hours reserved space in an enclosed climate-controlled area

  • Indoor bathroom available

  • Includes up to 20 people in total, including the birthday child and family

  • Additional guests are $9.00

  • Hosts may arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled birthday time to set up

  • 25% deposit due at booking - balance to be invoiced after the party via email

ADD-ONS:

  • 10 - 12oz animal feed cups $40

  • 10 - 12oz slushies $40

  •   5 - 12oz animal feed cups $20

  •   5 - 12oz slushie $20

  • 30 minute up close encounter with a miniature pony or “unicorn” - $50

    • Brush, pet, and interact with a miniature pony.  (Pony engagement will be done outside, and at the beginning of your party.)
