Our roadside produce stands are where it all started! Ty’s grandpa and grandma, Larry and Norma Heldt from Yutan, Nebraska, started the produce stand on 120 & I street in 1983. When grandpa Larry passed away in 1997, Ty jumped in to help his grandma. When Ty graduated high school, grandma was ready to fully hand over the reins to him in 2006.We have been so blessed by the loyal community that help us keep Grandpa and Grandma Hedlt’s legacy alive.

Our roadside stands are open every day starting Memorial Day Weekend until October 30. We strive to offer a unique and personal shopping experience filled with our homegrown produce and other local goods. Our 400 acre farm is home to tomatoes, cantaloupe, cucumbers, summer squash, a variety of peppers, sweet corn, pumpkins and more!  Ty has a huge love for watermelon and has been growing melons for over 15 years. Famer Ty currently raises over 200 acres of watermelons, making us one of the largest watermelon producers in the Midwest with over a million watermelons.

Over the years we have grown relationships with other family farms across the U.S and we are able to carry fresh peaches and other fruits from these farms. You can also find a selection of baked goods, homemade jams, jellies, and more. Our famous Mexican Corn Dip and Cucumber Salad are always a popular grab and go item. Don't forget to check out our fresh beef from the farm!

The following is available:

Onions, Sweet Peppers, Jalapenos, Potatoes, Zucchini, Yellow Squash, Green Beans, Cucumbers, Roma Tomatoes, Cherry Tomatoes, Watermelons, Strawberries, Cantaloupes, and Peaches.
